Device arrived two days earlier than expected!! Came in a regular box. Not a Galaxy box, but doesn't make a difference. Clean and well packaged. My service provider is AT&T. I simply switched my SIM card to the new phone, turned it on and did the setup as required for new devices. As soon as I slipped my SIM card in the device was doing what it was suppose to e doing!! Incoming/Outgoing calls and texting without ANY interruption.
Love this devise for its colorful, bright pictur images. I owned one before, and had to have a another one!!

Love, love, love! I held on to my Blackberry Curve "ancient" model for ever, actually until recently when I ordered this Samsung. The Blackberry still was working fine and only cost one penny when I bought it online a few years ago. Even my carrier said "upgrade already!" Everybody was toting around these big ass phones looking like a laptop on their waistlines... LOL So I said "what the heck". It's cool, no problems yet. These reviews do help because I remember one person saying "you have to hold in the button pushing hard" to get it to turn on.... I see what she meant, but it's cool, it's a change and haven't had any problems so far. Thanks Amazon you rock!
